Registered Psychologist, Clinical Registrar, Director

Master of Clinical Psychology, Master of Science Research (Psychology Research), Bachelor of Science (Psychology)

I am a registered psychologist who provides psychological assessment and therapy for people of all ages. I can support you to overcome difficulties and live a vibrant life that aligns with your values. I also support families through parent support training, with a focus on strengthening relationships and building confidence in parenting.

I aim to create a space where you feel at ease, cared for, and understood. At The Village Commons, we believe that it truly takes a village and that people and families thrive when they have access to resources and support within their communities.

I respect that you are the expert in your own life. My approach is transparent and collaborative, with direct, open communication that builds trust and psychological safety. Everybody has unique therapy goals and preferences, so I tailor therapy to your needs and welcome feedback along the way. I bring warmth, honesty, and a touch of humour to sessions. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, assured that I will be focused on seeing your strengths.

How I Can Help

  • Assessments for autism, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and personality disorders
  • Individual therapy using evidence-based approaches such as:
    • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
    • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
    • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
    • Play-Based Therapy
  • Family support through an integrated approach drawing on Attachment Theory, Behaviour Analysis, Emotion Coaching, and Social Scaffolding

Experience
