The Village Commons is a growing, values-led psychology practice providing therapy and assessment for adults, children, and families across Medicare, NDIS, and private referrals.
We believe good clinical work is only possible when workloads are sustainable, so we’ve built a model that prioritises quality, not volume.

About the role
We’re looking for a Psychologist (2+ years experience) to join our team in a full-time salaried position (5 days per week) or part-time pro rata (minimum 3 days per week)
You will:
- Provide evidence-based therapy to adults, children, and families
- Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders
- Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation
- Optionally undertake psychological assessments and reports
