The Village Commons is a small practice focused on providing therapy and assessment for families in the North Lakes area and surrounds. We support parents and their children from a systems perspective and understand that children get better outcomes when their parents and other stakeholders are included in their treatment. We acknowledge that this takes time and resources, so these are the things we aim to provide our practitioners with.
Our clinic offers full admin support (no admin creep), external clinical supervision, flexible work arrangements, and true collaboration to ensure you’re doing the work that interests you. Each practitioner has a reasonable workload, leaving time to formulate, plan, and tend to those tasks that can get pushed down the priority list when your time is getting squeezed. We value work that is innovative and sustainable.
We’re offering a permanent full-time or part-time role so you have the stability to settle in and contribute meaningfully to your community over time. We’ll also support you to disconnect outside of work, rest when you’re sick, and enjoy your well-earned holidays.
